The weather between the months of November and March are absolutely lovely in Kuwait and allow for one to go on long walks. These are some routes I have taken and the sites I found interesting along them:

Mubarakiya: the historic market of Kuwait, here are just some of the sites

Fahad Al Salem: my favorite street, it showcases the urbanization of Kuwait

Abdullah Al Salem and Abdullah Al Mubarak: designed in the 1950s to be the “first modern streets in Kuwait”

Mubarak Al Kabeer: walking Kuwait can be difficult, but this street is comparatively easier

Sharq: the old maritime quarter of Kuwait City

Gulf Road: there are so many interesting sites along Gulf Road, this walking route is not really fit for one day, but instead one can explore the places along the road over several different days

Kuwait City Souqs: often labeled as “brutalist,” you can walk between and visit them

Old Gates: I haven’t walked between the five historic gates from old city wall in a single go, but you conceivably could (although the route will be tricky at times)

Hawally: the part of Kuwait I live in, and so my favorite to explore

Salmiya: the commercial center of Kuwait

The Waterfront: there are different points of interest along the way
